Tecpro Systems Ltd has informed BSE that, due to some compelling reason, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was to be held on February 26, 2015, has now been preponed and re-scheduled to be held on February 25, 2015 the agenda which inter-alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine month ended 31st December, 2014.
