Terai Tea Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the company to be held on May 30, 2015, where the Audited Accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015 will be placed before the Board for consideration and approval. The Trading Window as defined in the code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading will remain closed on and from May 27, 2015 and shall reopen after expiry of 24 hours from the time of publication of the aforesaid financial information.
