Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window of the Company will be closed for Designated Persons defined in the "Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report of Trading by Insider in Securities of the Company as framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 from July 01, 2015 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2015 to the Stock Exchanges.
