With reference to the earlier letter dated May 21, 2015 intimating the allotment of 15,250 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each fully paid-up at an exercise price of Rs. 270/- per share to the employees upon exercise of stock options pursuant to the Phoenix Mills Employees Stock Option Plan 2007 of the Company, Phoenix Mills Ltd has now informed BSE that the date of allotment should be read as May 21, 2015 instead of March 21, 2015.
