| Phoenix Mills Ltd has informed BSE that in respect of the QIP, the Capital Raising Committee (the 'Committee") of the Board of directors of the Company, at its meeting held on July 17, 2015, has inter alia approved the issuance and allotment of 79,91,907 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each fully paid-up at an Issue Price of Rs. 353.60 per share (including a premium of Rs. 351.60 per Equity Share) aggregating to an amount of Rs. 2825,938,315.20.<BR><BR>Consequent upon the aforesaid allotment of the above shares, the equity share capital of the Company stand increased from present level of 144,996,945(Nos.) to 152,988,852(Nos.) Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each. | |
