The Ramco Cements Ltd has informed BSE that as per the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed for Directors and other designated employees of the Company from July 23, 2014 to July 28, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.
