The Ramco Cements Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 05, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2014 (Q3).<BR><BR>Further, as per the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed for Directors and other designated employees of the Company from February 02, 2015 to February 06, 2015 (both days inclusive).
