The Ramco Cements Ltd has informed BSE that the Company had formulated the Code of Conduct to Regulate Insider Trading and Code of Fair Disclosure, as prescribed by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, effective May 15, 2015. The said Codes are subject to the approval of the Board of Directors in their ensuing meeting. The said Codes have also been published in the Company's website.
