The Ramco Cements Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 20, 2016, to consider the Audited Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per the "Code of Conduct to Regulate Insider Trading and Code of Fair Disclosure" of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed for the Company's Directors and other designated persons (including their immediate relatives) from May 10, 2016 to May 22, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of considering the annual accounts for the year ended March 31, 2016.
