With reference to the earlier letter dated May 05, 2015, The Ramco Cements Ltd has now informed BSE about Revised Dates for closure of Trading Window as under:<BR><BR>- As per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct to Regulate Insider Trading and Code of Fair Disclosure of the Company, which has come into effect with effect from May 15, 2015, the Trading Window shall remain closed for Designated Persons of the Company from May 25, 2015 to May 31, 2015 (both days Inclusive).
