The Ramco Cements Ltd has informed BSE that The present term of Shri. P. R. Ramasubrahmaneya Rajha, Chairman & Managing Director is ending on March 31, 2017. The Board of Directors at the meeting held on May 20, 2016 have approved his appointment for a further period of three years starting from April 01, 2017, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
