The Ramco Cements Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 11, 2016 to consider payment of Interim Dividend for the year 2015-2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed for the Company's Directors and other designated persons (including their immediate relatives) from March 05, 2016 to March 13, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of considering payment of Interim Dividend for the year 2015-2016.
