With reference to the earlier letter dated October 07, 2015, giving intimation of the Board Meeting on October 27, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015 (Q2) along with related segment-wise financial results.<BR><BR>In this connection, Thermax Ltd has now informed BSE that as per the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company, to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from October 15, 2015 to October 29, 2015 (both days inclusive).
