Thermax Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2016, inter alia, have recommended a dividend of Rs. 6/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each (300%), for the financial year 2015-2016, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The dividend if approved will be paid to those members whose names appear on the Register of Members on July 30, 2016.
