| Thinksoft Global Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 23, 2014, inter alia, has;<br/><br/>1. recommended payment of Rs. 4/- (Rupees Four Only) (@ 40% per equity share of Rs. 10/- each) as the Final Dividend of the Company for the financial year 2013-14, subject to the approval of the Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. This is in addition to the interim dividend of Rs. 5/- per share (@ 50% per equity share of Rs. 10/- each) declared on October 17, 2013.<br/><br/>2. Allotted 34,068 Equity Shares to 9 employees under ''Thinksoft - Employee Stock Option Scheme 2011". | |
