Thinksoft Global Services Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company in the 16th Annual General Meeting held on July 24, 2014 approved final dividend of Rs. 4/- per equity share of the face value of Rs. 10/- for the financial year 2013-14.<br/><br/>The date of payment of Final Dividend for the financial year 2013-14 shall be on or after August 20, 2014.
