Thirumalai Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 28, 2015 to August 03, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.<BR><BR>The dividend, if declared by the shareholders, will be paid on or before August 10, 2015.
