Thomas Cook (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on October 29, 2014, to consider, inter alia, the unaudited financial results for the third quarter ended 30th September, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, in terms of the Companys policy on Prevention of Insider Trading the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for the designated persons of the Company between October 16, 2014 and October 31, 2014 (both days inclusive).
