Thomas Cook (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 19, 2015, inter alia, has;<BR><BR>1. approved the re-appointment of Mr. Madhavan Menon as the Managing Director of the Company for a period of 5 years w.e.f. March 01, 2015.<BR><BR>2. approved and allotted 9240 Equity Shares under the Thomas Cook Employees Stock Option Plan 2007.
