Tide Water Oil (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2014, inter alia, has resolved the following:<br/><br/>1. Recommended final dividend of 2000% i.e. Rs. 200/- per share for the year ended March 31, 2014, subject to approval of the shareholders in ensuing Annual General Meeting, absorbing a sum of Rs. 17,42,40,000/-.<br/><br/>2. Re-appointed M/s. Ray and Ray, Chartered Accountants, as the Auditors for the financial year 2014-15, subject to approval of the shareholders in ensuing Annual General Meeting.
