Tijaria Polypipes Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 11, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial results for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the shares of the Company for Promoters / Promoter Group / Directors & Designated Employees of the Company shall be closed from February 01, 2016 to February 13, 2016 (both days inclusive).
