Tijaria Polypipes Ltd has informed BSE that Mrs. Purvi Jain has resigned from the post of Company Secretary with effect from closure of working hours of February 11, 2017 and the Board of Directors has approved the same in their meeting held on February 11, 2017.<BR><BR>Consequent to her resignation as Company Secretary, Mrs. Purvi Jain also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company.
