This to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 13, 2017, have recommended a dividend of Rs. 3/- per share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each for the year ended 31st March, 2017, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. It has been further resolved that the Register of Members and the Share Transfer books of the Company will remain closed from Monday, 21st August, 2017 to Monday, 28th August, 2017 (both days inclusive). The Board has also decided to hold the Annual General Meeting at the Company's Registered Office at 1, Taratolla Road, Garden Reach, Kolkata 700024, on Saturday, the 26th August, 2017 at 10 A.M. We have further provided the additional information in the attachment.
