Timex Group India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 21, 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:<BR><BR>- Mr. Colin Davis Arsenault has been appointed as an Additional Director and Chairman of the Company.<BR><BR>Further the Company has informed BSE about formulation and adoption of Codes under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
