Timex Group India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 13, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading window for dealing in the shares of Timex Group India Limited, shall remain closed from October 01, 2014 to the closing of business hours on November 14, 2014 on account of disclosure of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014.
