Tinplate Company of India Ltd has informed BSE that the Life Insurance Corporation of India has withdrawn its nomination of Mr. B N Samal from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from December 17, 2014.<BR><BR>In view of the above Mr. Samal has ceased to be the nominee Director of LIC on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from December 17, 2014.
