Tips Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 08, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend @ 10% on 1,53,58,640 fully paid up Equity Share capital of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015. i.e. Rs. 1.00/- (One Rupee only) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each.
