Tirupati Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further as per the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading, framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from May 21, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive).
