Tirupati Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 13, 2013, has considered the merger of Nova Oleochem Limited with Tirupati Industries (India) Limited and has decided to constitute a committee consisting of any two Directors of the Company to take appropriate steps for this purpose.
