Tirupati Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 17, 2016, inter alia, to transact the following business:<BR><BR>1. To consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016.<BR><BR>2. To consider the resignation of Mr. H. M. Jhaveri as Managing Director of the Company.<BR><BR>Further as per the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading, framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from December 13, 2016 to December 19, 2016 (both days inclusive).
