Monopoly Innovations Limited is being incorporated as a Subsidiary of Tirupati Industries (India) Limited with a paid-up capital of Rs. 5,00,000 divided into 50,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.<br/><br/>M/s. Monopoly Innovations Limited will be mainly involved in the following activities:<br/><br/>1. Manufacturing and marketing of innovative products in the field of fast moving consumer goods.<br/><br/>2. Development, creation, marketing and dealing in brands, patents, logos and all such marketing tools to develop brands owned or acquired by the Company.
