Mukesh Mohan, Interim Resolution Professional on behalf of Tirupati Inks Ltd has informed BSE as under :<BR><BR>"As per order of Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi, Principal Bench, Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process has been initiated in respect of the M/s Tirupati Inks Limited under the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, with effect from November 02, 2017.<BR><BR>I have been appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional in case of M/s Tirupati Inks Limited, by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Principal Bench with effect from November 02, 2017.<BR><BR>The Company is now under Insolvency Resolution Process under the provisions of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016."
