Tirupati Sarjan Ltd has informed BSE that the Company's subsidiary Tirupati Development(U)Limited has entered into MOU with the Government of Uganda to develop business and industrial park in 6 major cities of Uganda.<BR><BR>Execution of the above contract will generate the turnover of Rs. 275 Crores in a time to come and the said company will have good profitability and enhance the value of our investment in the said subsidiary.<BR><BR>The above MOU is over and above the work order of Rs. 24.00 crores to construct the hospital project in Uganda.
