| Titagarh Wagons Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to conversion of 6,40,00,000 0% Optionally fully Convertible Debentures (OFCD) of Rs. 10/- each aggregating Rs. 64 crores on April 15, 2014 the Company's stake in Cimco Equity Holdings Private Limited (CEHPL) has gone up from 50% to 99.23%.<br/><br/>Thereby CEHPL has become the Company's subsidiary on and from April 15, 2014. | |
