| The Exchange has sought clarification from Titagarh Wagons Ltd with respect to news article appearing in Financial Chronicle on January 02, 2015 titled "Titagarh to expand global presence through French arm"<BR><BR>Titagarh Wagons Ltd replied on January 03, 2015 stating "We refer to your email on the subject and wish to inform you that the referred article suffers from inaccuracy apparently due to issues involving language construct and joining of certain parts taken from historical data which were neither shared by anybody from the Company nor are authorized or subscribed to by any person acting on its behalf.<BR><BR>Further we wish to specifically clarify that some portion of media interaction recently by the Company's Vice Chairman & Managing Director with a business television channel (http://www.moneycontrol.com/news/business/tech-upgrade-via-french-arm-eyeing-rail-budget-titagarh_1265011.html) has been combined with some other information, however such interaction did not give out any figures/data mentioned in the referred article." | |
