Torrent Cables Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 28, 2015 inter-alia, has approved the following:<BR><BR>- Appointment of Shri Jayesh Desai, Director as Occupier of the Company's Plant at Nadiad :<BR><BR>The Board of Directors of Company, has at their meeting held on July 28, 2015, approved the appointment of Shri Jayesh Desai, Director of the Company as "Occupier" of the Company's factory at Nadiad as per the Factories Act, 1948 w.e.f. August 01, 2015.
