Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 09, 2016, <BR>has approved the payment of a special dividend as second interim dividend of Rs.15 (300%) per equity share of Rs. 5/- each fully paid up.<BR><BR>The Board Meeting commenced at 10.00 AM and concluded at 10.45 AM.<BR><BR>The Dividend is expected to be paid / dispatched on or around March 23, 2016.<BR><BR>A Press Release on the declaration of the dividend is enclosed herewith.
