Torrent Power Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on August 04, 2015, interalia, has approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Appointment of Shri P. K. Taneja, IAS, as an Additional Director of the Company:<BR><BR>2. Appointment of Shri Darshan Soni as Company Secretary and Whole-time Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. August 04, 2015. He is also designated as Compliance Officer in terms of Equity Listing Agreement.
