Torrent Power Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 12, 2014, inter alia, has recommended dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share of Rs. 10 each on 47,24,48,308 equity shares for the financial year 2013-14. Further, the dividend, if declared by the shareholders at the 10th Annual General Meeting of the Company, will be distributed on or after August 02, 2014.
