Torrent Power Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders ('Code') and applicable SEBI Regulations, the Company would like to inform that trading window for dealing in securities of the Company stands closed from 1st July, 2015 and will be opened 48 hours after the submission of the un-audited financial results for Q1 FY 2015-16 to the Stock Exchanges.
