Torrent Power Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 10, 2016, has declared Interim Dividend of Rs. 4.50 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each on 48,06,16,784 equity shares for FY 2015-16.<BR><BR>The interim dividend will be paid / dispatched from March 23, 2016.<BR><BR>The Board Meeting commenced at 11.00 a.m. and concluded at 11.30 a.m.
