Transchem Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider and to take on record the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / period ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, in terms of Transchem - Code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for directors and other employees covered under the Code from the closure of business hours of November 06, 2014 to closure of business hours of November 15, 2014.
