| Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 on 11.11.2017 vide Ann ID 228053 we have uploaded the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Second Quarter and Six Months ended on 30th September, 2017 for the F.Y. 2017-2018 but the company inadvertently failed to attach Limited Review Report by the Auditors on the said date.<BR> <BR> Henceforth, we are enclosing herewith copy of the Limited Review Report by the Auditors. Compliance with applicable law has always been a top priority of the company and its management .In view of the aforesaid submission, we humbly request that no adverse action be taken against the company.
