| Transoceanic Properties Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on November 05, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Second Quarter and Six months period ended on September 30, 2015 for the F.Y. 2015-2016 together with limited Review Report of the Auditors.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading), Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from October 27, 2015 to November 09, 2015 (both days inclusive) in connection with the Board Meeting to be held on November 05, 2015 to approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on September 30, 2015. | |
