| Transoceanic Properties Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 17, 2014 to September 26, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.<br/><br/>Further, Pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Clause 35B of the Listing Agreement, the Company is offering e-voting facility to its Members in respect of the businesses to be transacted at its 33rd Annual General Meeting. The Company has engaged the services of its Registrar and Transfer Agents Sharepro Services Private Ltd. as the authorized agency to provide the e-voting facility to its Members.<br/><br/>The e-voting facility will be available during the following voting period:<br/><br/>- Commencement of e-voting: from 9.00 a.m. (IST) on September 20, 2014<br/><br/>- End of e-voting: upto 6.00 p.m. (IST) on September 22, 2014<br/><br/>The Company has informed that e Voting Facility will be provided to all the Members whose names appear in the Register of Members as on August 27, 2014. | |
