| Tree House Education & Accessories Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2015 and to consider and recommend dividend, if any, on equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2014-15.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to Securities And Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of Tree House Education & Accessories Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Code shall remain closed from opening of trading hours of May 21, 2015 to closing of trading hours of May 29, 2015 for the purpose of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2015 and to consider and recommend dividend, if any, on equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2014-15. | |
