Tree House Education & Accessories Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company will be closed for Designated Employees (including directors) of the Company from starting of trading hours of June 02, 2016 till closing of trading hours of June 04, 2016 (both days inclusive). All Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
