Trent Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 26, 2017 to inter alia:<BR><BR>1. Consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2017;<BR><BR>2. Consider the recommendation of dividend, if any, on the Equity Shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2017;<BR><BR>3. Issue of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.
