TRF Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 30. 2014, inter aha, to consider, approve and take on record the audited standalone and unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter / half-year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and in terms of Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of the Insider Trading (Code), the Trading Window will be closed from October 20, 2014 till the close of business hours on November 03, 2014 for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Code.
