TRF Ltd has informed BSE a that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, July 27, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter/ year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, and in terms of Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of the Insider Trading, the Trading Window will remain closed upto July 29, 2015 for Directors and Designate Employees as defined in the Code.
